Corrugated Pipe Gasket

Operating Manual:

• There must be a written inscription on the product being used, which shows the characteristics of the mounted pipe. (Ex: ID-100)
• Seal has to be stretched fastened to the lower part of the corrugated pipe.  Seals which have small dimensions can be manually fastened by hand to the corrugated pipe; for larger seals, it is recommended to fastened with the help of mechanical means (please ensure no sharp edges come into contact with the seal as to not damage it).
• After mounting the seal on the lower part of the corrugated pipe, verify proper fitting. (dimension control should be done prior to fitting).

Storage Conditions:

• Please dispose of any excess seals according to local guidelines.
• During storage, temperature of facility must not exceed 25ºC.
• During storage, seals must be protected from direct sunlight, excessive humidity and any source of ultraviolet rays .
• Seals must be kept away from any source of ozone and is not to be stored with or near high voltage electrical equipment which can emit sparks or discharges.
• Seals must be stored under minimal tension,  pressure or any other effect that can cause deformation.
• Seals must be kept in a clean environment in their original packaging.
